Populus provided specifically, a comprehensive deployment that included the complete spectrum of enterprise software implementation from requirements-gathering and infrastructure preparedness, to software configuration, roll-out and training, through to post-implementation support.

Completion

This project was completed in March, 2011.

Results

The Populus deployment in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is a “single system” that manages one national referral hospital, five district hospitals, one psychiatric hospital, thirty-eight health centers, and supply chain management (including Rx) for lab, radiology, finance, and public health.

“The interconnectivity between the mainland and the islets of the Grenadines and the rural areas within the entire country has greatly enhanced healthcare delivery and is one of the major achievements of the project.”

Shirla Francis, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment St. Vincent and the Grenadines
